STAYING UP IN A DOWN WORLD:
8 Keys To A Positive Work Environment

Years ago, Bing Crosby sang, “Accentuate the Positive, Eliminate the Negative, and Don’t Mess With Mr. In Between”.   The trouble is, too many workplaces do just the opposite.

With never-ending changes, with flattened organizations, with fewer employees to do the work, with loyalty a thing of the past, negative comments can be a natural byproduct.   Comments such as, “It won’t work…We already tried that…and…I can’t do it” become all too familiar.

Unfortunately, employee attitudes will defeat you faster than the competition.   Negativity is extremely contagious and results in an environment where people don’t try as hard, don’t care as much, and don’t succeed as often.

With recruitment and retention so important, you must build a work environment that is alive, exciting, and positive.   You must build an environment  where satisfaction and fulfillment are the rule, not the exception.   You must minimize or eliminate the negative.

That’s what this program is all about.   You’ll learn the 8 R’s of a positive work environment.   You’ll learn how to implement the 8 R’s, whether it be on an organizational level, on a one-to-one basis, or even within yourself.
